Roots & Fruits was featured as a finalist for ‘Best Pre-School Programme’ at the 2024 Broadcast Awards in London on 8th February.
In the shortlist, it was highlighted that Roots & Fruits teaches pre-schoolers all about the nutritious food on their plates, whilst also sharing some valuable life lessons which are hidden throughout the series… take Strawberry, whose seeds grow on the outside. She teaches the audience that it’s OK to be different and to be proud of who you are.
