HIGHLIGHTS OF 2008
2008 was another varied year all round!

January and February saw completion of filming on our feature film, Clive Barkers, Book of Blood. The minute we moved out of our studio onto location, the bulldozers moved in to flatten the warehouse that had been our base, on the outskirts of Edinburgh!
Location filming saw us all over the Lothians from the wilds of East Lothian, to South Queensferry and the New Town.

Other location highlights ranged from filming in the spectacular Tate Modern in the spring, to underground car parks and 3rd floor warehouse spaces. Also in the mix were some memorable days and nights in Belfast with great clients and our director from the other side of the world

In the spring the team at Plum welcomed Sarah back from a (very) short spell on maternity leave, and towards the end of the year said goodbye to Julie as she headed for the skies, literally. Julie is now a qualified air hostess!

We officially welcomed 2 new directing talents to the rosta in the form of Morten Vinther and Petter J Tangmyr in the Autumn of 2008.

We ended the year with a couple of quite different ads, directed by John Clayton.
The Bridges Shopping Centre was a brave departure from your run of the mill retail commercial, and we finished up just before Christmas with what will become a series of ads for Glasgow based Merchant City Music, the UK’s premier guitar specialists.
Watch out for these ads on TV, cinema and online in the New Year.
CELTIC MEDIA FESTIVAL 2009
Kicking off the New Year to a flying start, Senseless has been nominated for Best of Category, in the Feature Length Drama section of the Celtic Media Festival 2009.
The Celtic Media Festival, which is celebrating its 30th birthday, takes place in Caernarfon, Wales, between 25 and 27th March 2009
SCREENING AND BUGS
All back to work after a couple of weeks well earned rest, or not for those who had the dreaded flu bugs!
We are also looking forward to the Scottish screening of Senseless in Glasgow, early February.
